On the way back to the office, I saw this street performance near a TV broadcaster in Shiodome area. Wish that had been a juggling act. The performance wans't that bad, though.

You need to have a license to perform in the street in Tokyo. Some peformers find it completely nonsense. I have heard foreign jugglers complaining about it.
